Known for her acuity in reading the undercurrents that influence individual and organizational behavior, LeahGrace has helped clients, ranging from start-ups to Fortune Global 500 corporations, successfully break through challenges with complex planning, organizational, and interpersonal dimensions. She is especially adept in dealing with difficult or highly sensitive issues, including situations of emotionally charged conflict, in a constructive, compassionate, and productive manner.

LeahGrace is a certified trainer of HorseDream International, and therefore part of a worldwide network of experienced practitioners licensed to work with an array of proven equine-facilitated methodologies. She and her sister, Nikki, share a passion for horses as facilitators of growth and learning, and are frequent writers about Equine-Assisted Education in the corporate world. Leslie also is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), the Kolbe Pure Instinct System®, and the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).
An interfaith chaplain, LeahGrace completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and served as a pediatric hospice volunteer with HealthCare Dimensions Hospice. She is the former President of the Board of Directors of the Chaplaincy Institute for the Arts and Interfaith Ministries in Berkeley, California, and helped to lead the school through its tender years of formation to a place of strong community and sustainable growth. She holds a B.A. from Simmons College, an M.Ed. from Boston University, and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, graduating first in her class.
